Front Bumper Installation
Deck: Service and Repairs
1. Install the front axle assembly to the deck.

2. Install the 4 (5/16–18 inch) center nuts to carriage bolts securing the front
bumper assembly to the deck assembly. Torque center nuts to carriage bolts
to 140 ± 5 in-lbs. (15.8 ± 0.5 Nm).

3. Install the 4 (5/16–18 inch) (2 per side) nuts to carriage bolts securing engine
guard to front bumper assembly. Torque nuts to carriage bolts to 140 ± 5
in-lbs. (15.8–0.5 Nm).
