17. Move the brake arm upwards to secure the pulley.

18. Secure the topside of the bolt with a ½ inch wrench. Torque nut and bolt to
200 ± 20 in-lbs. (22 ± 2 Nm).
Note: Access the bottom nut from the front of the machine.
