Input Flags
Input flags are symbols that are encountered on the right hand side of a source statement. They
express the state of an input to the system.
Input flags are identified by <variable>_I.
Input flags represent items such as:
• digital inputs
• switches
• the state of a system process
• internal variables
• comparator flags
• a literal (TRUE, FALSE).
These input flags are combined using the unary and binary operators to form logic expressions.
