Potential causes and corrective actions
A
Fixed
Cause
There is a potential problem with the T2 IGBT Thermistor, and there is no
longer a valid reading from the thermistor.
This condition indicates that either the thermistor inside the IGBT has
failed or the wire harness connecting this thermistor to the CCB is discon‐
nected
Action
1. The cell may be bypassed if a bypass contactor is provided.
2. Verify if wire harness from IGBT to the CCB is not damaged.
3. It is recommended to have the cell repaired or replaced.

Cause
There is a potential problem with the T1 IGBT Thermistor, and there is no

Action

1. Verify if the cooling fans are operating.
2. Verify if the drive ambient temperature is above the ambient alarm

The ambient temperature sensor reading has exceeded the fault thresh‐
old.
Action
1. Verify if the cooling fans are operating.
2. Verify the load current doesn't exceed the cell current capability.
3. Verify if the drive ambient temperature is above the ambient alarm
level temperature.
4. Verify if filters are clogged and / or need to be replaced.

The T1 NTC temperature has surpassed the alarm threshold.
Action
1. Verify if the cooling fans are operating.
2. Verify the load current doesn't exceed the cell current capability.
3. Verify if the drive ambient temperature is above the ambient alarm
