31 Go to the "Star Remote Hub card replacement procedures" in this manual.
Replace the first (or next) card on the card list. Notify outside plant personnel
the card is to be changed. Go to step 28 when the card is replaced.
32 Attempt to load the STAR unit by typing
>LOADPM UNIT star_unit
and pressing the Enter key.
