Note 1: REX tests can be running on Star Hub 0 and Star Hub 1 concurrently with REX tests
running on RCC 0 and LGC 0.
Note 2: REX tests could not be running on LCM 2 through LCM 7 if a REX test was running on
LGC 0.
Separating the LCM_REX_TEST and the LCMCOV_REX_TEST allows
faster completion of site REX_TEST coverage. LCM_REX_TESTs, without
constraints of the converter voltage and ring tests, can be run at the same time
and scheduled separately for best execution periods.
Note: The LCMCOV_REX_TEST is performed only on LCMs,
extended-memory line concentrating modules (XLCM), outside plant
modules (OPM), and Remote Line Concentrating Modules (RLCM).
