8.5 Belt Adjustment

Platen Roll Belt (EasyCoder 501 XP and 601 XP)
Oversized holes allow the position of the stepper motor relative
to the bracket to be adjusted so the tension of the belt does not
become too tight, causing unnecessary wear. Check that the platen
roller can be rotated freely by the belt, which should fl ex just a little
when you press it with your fi nger.
