Microscopy Procedure
• Rotate the epi-fluorescence cube turret to bring the
desired filter cube into the optical path.
• Fully open the field diaphragm and aperture
diaphragm of the epi-fluorescence attachment.
(4) Turn on the power of the HG precentered fiber
illuminator and continue from procedure 6 in the
epi-fluorescence microscopy procedure.
