Nosepiece Reverse Rotation
(See DS-L3 Chapter 6 "5.4 Disabling the Reverse Rotation of the Nosepiece".)
Since the focal depth of the objective with low magnification is deep, the objective may get too closer to a specimen. If the
objective is switched to a high magnification objective in this case, the tip of the objective may contact the specimen. This
setting is to disable the rotation of the sextuple nosepiece from Address 1 to the next address 6, and the rotation of the
septuple nosepiece from Address 1 to the next address 7.
In order to limit the reverse rotation, a motorized nosepiece must be attached.

Nosepiece Toggle
(See DS-L3 Chapter 6 "5.5 Configuring Toggle Function (Alternating between Two Objectives)"
A sample can be observed by microscope while switching two
objectives set in advance alternately using the toggle function.
Use the Rotate nosepiece/Rotate nosepiece reversely button for
the microscope main body or ergo controller to switch the
objectives. You can set two patterns for the objectives to be
used with the toggle function: "Toggle pattern 1" and "Toggle
pattern 2".
In order to set the toggling of the nosepiece, a motorized
nosepiece must be attached.
<Factory setting>
"Toggle operation off"
