Interlocking with Zooming
When the field diaphragm and motorized ND filter wheel have been set in the [OBJECTIVE INTERLOCK], this is to set
either "Interlock/Do not interlock" for those movement involved in zooming.
It is set to "Do not interlock" as factory default.
Interlocking in Sleep mode
No interlocking takes place in Sleep mode.
Interlocking with optical path switching
When the field diaphragm has been set in the [OBJECTIVE INTERLOCK], this is to set either "Interlock/Do not interlock"
for the movement of the field diaphragm involved in the optical path switching of the motorized quadrocular tilting tube.
It is set to "Do not interlock" as factory default.
Interlocking in Sleep mode
No interlocking takes place in Sleep mode.
Interlocking with capturing an image
This is to set either "Interlock/Do not interlock" for the optical path switching of the motorized quadrocular tilting tube and
rotation of the motorized epi-fluorescence cube turret when capturing an image by pressing the [CAPTURE] button.

Interlocking
 ON (with the button checked)
Automatically corrects the difference
between the focus position of
objectives.
 OFF (default setting)
Press the [FOCUS POS. SET] button
before specifying the objective on the
optical path, and focus it and press the
[SET] button.
Interlocking
 FRONT (tube adapter)
 REAR (rear port)
 OFF (Do not interlock as factory
setting)
 Bring the specified filter cube into the
optical path.
 OFF (Do not interlock as factory
setting)

Conditions for interlocked operation
Requires to connect a motorized nosepiece
(that requires defined objective information)
and [FOCUS POS. SET] below should have
been completed.
Parfocal correction does not take place
when the stage is retracted by pressing the
[ESCAPE] button in focusing.
Set all addresses of the nosepiece.
Set the same focus position as the one for the
previous objective at a position where no
objectives are attached. Otherwise, no parfocal
correction takes place when the address is
switched from the position without objective to
the position with objective. In addition, no
parfocal correction takes place when the
address is switched from the position with
objective to the position without objective.
Interlock condition
Requires to connect the motorized
epi-fluorescence cube turret.
Requires connecting the motorized
epi-fluorescence cube turret.
