Location and Description
Paper has jammed in the Paper Feed
Tray 1 ( or 2).
Paper has jammed in the Multi-Tray
Transfer Area.
Paper has jammed in the Feed Joint
Area.
Draw the Paper Feed Tray 1 (or 2) and remove the jammed paper.
q Open the Multi-Tray
Transfer Unit.
w Remove the jammed
paper while pressing the
green release lever.
q Open the Feed Joint
Passage cover.
w Turn the locking lever to
the left.
e Open the Paper Path
Guide.
4 Remove the jammed
paper.
5 Return the Paper Path
Guide and the locking
lever.
6 Close the Feed Joint
Passage Cover.
