Customizing the Initial Settings
Functions and Descriptions
Controller Link
Selects if to connect to the external printer
controller. Select [ON] when the controller is
connected. The [PC-LINE
displayed in the action area of the data mode
window when this function is activated.
Auto Process Mode
Selects the initial status of the Auto Process
feature.
Display Priority
Selects the initial window to be displayed in the
Main Display.
Print Speed
Selects the initial print speed (pages per minute).
Print Density
Selects the initial print density.
Reservation Period
Specifies the period during which the document
data output instructions from a personal
computer are restricted.
• The [Standard] setting indicates the period
during which data output is to be restricted
after the previous print job.
• The [Extension] setting indicates the period
during which data output can be restricted
after the [Standard Period] has elapsed if the
[Reserved] button is touched.
Double Feed Check
Selects the initial status of the "Double paper
feed check" feature.
Printing operation will be suspended if a double-feed
is detected during printing when selecting [ON].
[D-CHECK] Display
Selects if the [D-CHECK (Double Feed Check)]
button should be displayed in the Main-panel
window. Select [ON] to display the button.
[Renew Pg] Display
Selects if the [Renew Pg (Renew Page)] button
should be displayed in the Main-panel window.
Select [ON] to display the botton.
