Feed/Ejection Error
The following functions are provided to allow you to avoid paper feed and ejection errors
when you use various types of paper.
[Double - Feed (D-Feed) Check] (Except for RP3100)
When this feature is activated, the printer's operation is interrupted if multiple sheets of
paper are fed together.
Since this feature is adjusted for standard paper, cancel it when using thick paper.
This feature is selected as initial setting.
[Jump Wing Control]
The Jump Wings are automatically adjusted according to the paper size to guide the
printed copies to be stacked into the Paper Receiving Tray precisely.
For the special-type of paper, you can register a custom setting.
Consult your service representative for further details.

Controlling the Double-Feed Check

Display the [Catalog] tab on the

sub-panel window and then touch
the [Functions] button.
The [Functions] window appears.
Display the [D-Feed Check]

button.
Touch the [ h ] or [ j ] button to display this function
button.
The number of function buttons will differ
NOTE
depending on the printer model and the
configuration of the optional devices.
(Except for RP3100)
