! Caution
The Print Cylinder (Drum) contains highly
sensitive electronic components. To avoid
damage by an electrostatic charge, do not
touch the Print Cylinder (Drum) Connector.
Changing Print Cylinder (Drum) types
When the Print Cylinder (Drum) type is changed, the [Print
Drum Type] window will be displayed and the message on the
right will appear in the Main Display.
In this case, select the Print Cylinder (Drum) type in
accordance with the installed Print Cylinder (Drum) by
touching the corresponding button. Then touch the [OK]
button to close the window.
Important!
• You cannot operate the printer until the Print Cylinder
(Drum) type is confirmed when the [Print Drum Type]
window has been displayed.
• The following message will be displayed if a different Print
Cylinder (Drum) type to the one actually set is selected on
the [Print Drum Type] window.
In this case, select the correct print cylinder (drum) type and
touch the [OK] button.
! A Wrong Print Drum Type has been Selected!

the Current Print Drum
