Flasher Unit Terminal Voltage
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable, and remove the
instrument panel and panel under frame.
2. Disconnect the flasher unit connector (2) and connect the
battery ground cable.
3. Measure the voltage with a voltmeter between 12 terminal and
7 terminal, between 13 terminal and 7 terminal.
4. If the voltage differs from the battery voltage, the wiring
harness is faulty.
