Neatly stack your originals face up in the original supply tray.
Originals are fed from the lowermost original to the platen
glass.
First, the original is reversed, and then fed to the platen glass.
When the original is placed on the platen glass, the original is
scanned by the light source in the moving scanning unit.
Next, the original is reversed, and the front of the original is fed
to the platen glass, and is scanned.
The first scanned original (5, 6) is returned to the original
supply tray.
