If the error cannot be resolved, contact your HDLM vendor or maintenance

utility.

When the cause of an error may be related to HDLM but is neither a path
error nor an HDLM program error, execute the DLMgetras utility, and then
report the collected information to the HDLM vendor or maintenance company
