Execute 'ERROR' in service mode

following correct?
•The fixing heater fails to turn on.
•'E002' or 'E003' is indicated.

Is the contact of the connectors
J108 and J2755, relay connector
J2757, and the connector J2745
inside the fixing assembly good?
Further, is the wiring from the
thermistor to the connector J108
on the DC controller PCB good?

Is the thermistor in even contact
with the upper fixing roller?

Clean the contact area of the ther-
mistor. Is the problem corrected?
5
Does the problem occur only
when the machine is turned on for
the first time in the morning?

Replace the thermistor. Is the
problem corrected?
