Checks
8 Set the meter to the 30VDC
range, and connect the probes of
the meter to the connectors on the
DC controller shown. Does the
voltage change from 24 to 0 V
when the Copy Start key is
pressed?

Find out which sensor found the jam
using 'B-JAM' in service mode (
). Is the sensor normal?

Action
Check the wiring; if
normal, replace the
corresponding clutch.
Replace the DC
controller PCB.
Check the wiring and the
lever; if normal, replace
the sensor.
Remove the pick-up
assembly, and check the
spring.
