A. Copy Paper Jams

Jams in the machine tend to occur in any of the following blocks:
Pick-up assembly
Separation/feeding assembly
Fixing/delivery assembly
Drum cleaner assembly
Holding tray assembly
Feeding assembly
The troubleshooting procedures, therefore, are organized according to location.
You can check the location and the type of jam using 'B_JAM' in service mode
( ; eight most recent jams).
