Countermeasure

- Check whether the LAN cable is wired
correctly.
- Check whether the LAN cable is
severed and connector is
disconnected.
- LAN cable length should be 100m or
less.
- Check whether LAN cable is compliant
to the Industrial Standard.
- Check whether the EtherCAT master
operates normally.
After checking above factors, the LAN
hardware might have a malfunction if the
operation is not back to normal. Thus,
replace NCW-3DNEC.
Check the EtherCAT master status if
these errors occur while operating the
system.
- Check whether the LAN cable is wired
correctly.
- Check whether the LAN cable is
affected noises.
Remove above error factors, and do
"active configuration" by EtherCAT
master.
Hardware might have a malfunction if the
operation is not back to normal. Thus,
replace the NCW-3DNEC.
Do "active configuration" by the EtherCAT
master after setting the synchronous
cycle correctly.
- Check whether the LAN cable is wired
correctly.
- Check whether the LAN cable is
affected noises.
Remove above error factors, and do
"active configuration" by EtherCAT
master.
