9-2-1. Auto configuration in the online
Indicates procedures that NCW-3DNEC is registered to EtherCAT network by using the auto configuration
Connect NCW-3DNEC and EtherCAT master by a LAN cable.
1. Start TwinCAT2 System Manager
Right-click an icon on the task bar.
From the "System" pull-down menu, click "Config".
Right-click an icon on the task bar again.
From the pulldown menu, click "System Manager".
TwinCAT2 System Manager will start operating.
2. Register NCW-3DNEC to the network.
From the File menu, select "NEW" and create a
new program.
From "I/O-Configuration" tree, right-click "I/O Device",
and then select "Scan Device".
Check the check box of the network card you are
using for EtherCAT, and click "OK".
