11-5. Diagnosis History (Diagnosis Message)
NCW-3DNEC can store maximum 16 diagnosis information such as the state transmission status and error
occurrence as a history.
The diagnosis information is sent to the EtherCAT master. The transmitted diagnosis information can be checked
on the message window in the configuration tool screen.
The diagnosis history information is deleted when turning OFF the power.
