Tilt the pump slightly and catch the oil in a suitable container.

Dispose of the oil according to local environmental regulations.
8.
Refit the oil drain plug into the pump's rear panel.
9.
Remove the oil inlet plug on the top of the pump and pour in 50 mL of fresh oil into the inlet
port.
Tip:
If you encounter difficulty, remove the separator.
10. Refit the oil inlet plug on the top of the pump.
11. To flush the pump, briefly operate the pump.
12. Remove the oil drain plug and drain the flushing oil into a suitable container.
13. Refit the oil drain plug into the pump's rear panel.
14. If necessary, repeat steps 9 through 13 until all contaminants are removed.
15. Remove the oil inlet plug and pour fresh oil into the inlet port until the level reaches the
sight glass "max" mark.
