3.6.4 Alarm Input/Output Cables
On the devices, the RJ-45 connectors are used to input the alarm signals from the
external equipment and output the local alarm signals to the equipment that
monitors all the alarms.
At one end of the alarm input/output cable, the RJ-45 connector is used to
connect to the ALMI/ALMO interface on the equipment; at the other end, a
connector (made as required on site) is used to connect to the external equipment
or the equipment that monitors all the alarms.
