overcurrent, and filters the lower frequency.
Intelligently adjusts the rotating speed of fans to ensure proper heat
dissipation of the system.
Reports information about the fan rotating speed, environment temperature,
alarms, version number, and board in-position information.
Provides alarm indicators.
