*3. The 5 V DC power supply from the RD77MS must not be used if a separate power supply is applied to the
manual pulse generator/incremental synchronous encoder. If a separate power supply is used, use a
stabilized power supply of voltage 5 V DC.
Anything else may cause a failure.
3.6
Buffer Memory
RD77MS has a buffer memory. A higher level of controls can be realized by reading and
writing with a sequence program.
