Software Applications for Preparing Print Jobs

Both Objet Studio and GrabCAD Print offer you a wide variety of file-
preparation options that follow this basic procedure:
1. Defining the materials you want to use on the build tray
2. Inserting one or more objects on the build tray
3. Positioning the object(s) on the build tray
4. Configuring object and tray parameters
5. Sending the file to a 3D printer for production
Objet Studio
Objet Studio is an application for preparing print jobs on Stratasys 3D printing
systems. It consists of two main screens:
• Studio
• Manager
In the Studio screen, you prepare source files for production in the printer.
Using Objet Studio to perform these tasks is described in detail in Chapter 5,
"Using Objet Studio".
The Manager screen displays the queue and status for all jobs sent to the 3D
printer.
GrabCAD Print
GrabCAD Print is an application for preparing print jobs on a variety of 3D
printers, including the Stratasys Objet30 printer. These are the main features
of GrabCAD Print:
