Interior Light

1. Unscrew and remove the three screws (1) se-
curing the interior light lens cover.
2. Remove the lens cover (1).
3. Remove and replace the bulb (1)
4. Replace the lens cover and functionally test the
interior light.
Adjust the Headlights
The machine's headlights must be adjusted to the
correct height so that the operator can safely operate
the machine at night or in poor light conditions.
The following procedure must be used when it be-
comes necessary to adjust the headlights:
1. Ensure the machine's tyres are at the correct
pressure.
2. Park the machine on firm level ground, facing a
wall that is at a 90° vertical to the ground.
3. Select high beam and ensure that all four head-
lights are working.
Note: All four headlights operate when high beam is
selected. Only the outer headlights operate when
the dipped beam is selected.

4. Drive the machine towards the wall until the
headlights are 2 m (6'6") from the wall.
5. Measure the height of the centre of the headlight

from the ground and draw line (a) on the wall at
that height.
6. Using the formula (x) = (h) x 0.0444, draw line
(b) distance (X) below and parallel to line (a).
Draw line (c) on the wall at 90 ° to lines (a) and
(b) at the centre point between the two head-
lights.
7. Draw lines (d), (e). on the wall at 90° to lines (a)
and (b) at the centre point of each headlight.
8. Switch ON the headlights.
9. Blackout all of the headlights except the outer
left headlight.
10. Select dipped beam and check that the horizon-
tal cut-off line is not above line (b) and that the
diagonal cut-off line tapers off to the 10 o'clock
position.
