Changing the Park Brake Disc
The park brake disc must be changed when the disk
reaches a minimum wear limit of 22 mm (0.8").
1. Securely chock all the machine wheels.
2. Remove the yoke (1) assembly from the lever.
3. Move the lever counter clockwise.
4. Remove the propshaft bolts (1) from the park
brake disc.
5. Remove the park brake disc (1).

6. Install the new park brake disc and secure into
position.
7. Refit and secure the prop shaft into position.
8. Move the lever clockwise.
9. Connect the lever to the yoke assembly and se-
cure into position.
10. Start the machine and allow the system pres-
sure to build to maximum operating pressure.
11. Release the park brake.
12. Apply the park brake.
Changing the Park Brake Pads
The park brake pads must be changed when the
pads reach a minimum wear limit of 3 mm.
1. Securely chock all the machine wheels.
2. Remove the yoke (1) assembly from the lever.
3. Move the lever counter clockwise.
4. Remove one of the slide plates (1).
