2. Remove the lens cover and replace the bulb (1)
in the holder (2).
3. Replace the lens cover and functionally test the
indicator.
Number Plate Light
1. Unscrew and remove the screw (1) securing the
number plate light cover.

2. Replace the bulb (1) and replace the cover.
3. Functionally test the number plate light.

Rear Lights
Note: The procedure for replacing the sealed beam
unit is the same for the following rear lights:
• Stop/tail lights.
• indicators.
• Reverse lights.

1. Remove the sealed beam (1) from the rubber
seal (2).
2. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the
sealed beam socket (2) and discard the sealed
beam.
3. Connect the electrical connector to a new
sealed beam and re-fit the assembly to the
chassis.
4. Fit the rubber seal/mounting to the chassis and
press the light into the seal/mounting.
5. Ensure that the rubber seal/mounting is fitted
correctly and functionally test the rear light.
