1. Observe all the above safety precautions and
loosen all the wheel nuts (1) one full turn.
2. Using a suitable jack under the relevant axle,
raise the machine until the tyre is clear of the
ground.
3. Support the chassis and axles of the machine
with suitable stands.
4. Remove all the wheel nuts from the wheel.
5. Using a crane and a suitable sling remove the
wheel from the axle.
6. Install the wheels by torquing the wheel nuts in a
diametrically opposite pattern to 650 N⋅m (480 ft
lb)
7. Re-check the torque after the machine has been
driven for 5 hours and then after every 50 hours
of operation.

Brake System

Bleed the Brake System
The brake system must be bled every time that any
maintenance or repair is performed on the brake
system which could cause air to enter the hydraulic
system.
The following procedure must be used to bleed the
brake system when brake bleeding equipment is not
available (in-field):
