5. Ensure that the batteries circuit breaker (1), se-
curing nuts (2) and batteries disconnect switch
(3) are secure and not damaged.
6. Check the battery charge indicator (1) on each
battery. The colours displayed are as follows:
• GREEN: The battery is fully charged.
• BLACK: The battery charge is low and it must
be re-charged.
• YELLOW: The battery life has expired and it
must be discarded and replaced.
7. Start the engine and monitor the alternator
charge indicator on the instrument panel and
the voltage display on the master display unit to
ensure that the batteries are receiving charge.
