Change the Hydraulic Fluid

1. Turn the lock nut (2) 1 or 2 turns counter clock-
wise.
2. Vent the air pressure in the hydraulic tank via the
tank vent (1).
3. Remove the bolts from the cover, and remove
the cover from the top of the hydraulic tank.
4. Remove and discard the gasket from the cover.
5. Ensure the drain valve is closed.
6. Remove the blanking plug (1).

7. Fit a 1 inch NPT nipple (1) and suitable hose (3)

8. Open the drain valve (2) and drain the hydraulic

9. Close the drain valve.
10. Remove the hose and nipple.
11. Clean and refit the valve blanking plug.
12. Replenish the hydraulic tank with clean hydrau-
