Reports
This section discusses the reports available from the BD FocalPoint™ GS Review Station. To
view, customize, or print slide data reports, use the BD FocalPoint™ GS Review Station Report
utility.
8.1

Generating Reports

There are a number of different data management and statistical reports that can be generated
at the BD FocalPoint™ GS Server. The particulars for specifying precisely what needs to be
reported vary somewhat depending on the report type, but the basic steps are the same in
each case.
8.1.1 Opening the BD FocalPoint™ GS report utility
1 To open the report utility:
• From the Start menu, select:
Programs†FocalPoint™ GS†FocalPoint™ GS - Tools†FocalPoint™ GS - Reports
or
• From the Windows desktop, double click on the FocalPoint™ GS Reports utility shortcut.
(If the shortcut is not available, contact your system administrator.)
2 The BD FocalPoint™ GS - Reports utility will be displayed.
