Possible Cause
Did copy service transfer the slide
information?
Has it been more than 10 days since
the slides were processed on the
BD FocalPoint™ GS Review Station
and copy service was not run?
Has Service Mode been turned on?

Is power supplied to all of the
components? Are any of the cables
loose?
Was the user name or password
changed?
Is the training database still
installed?
Is the system mapped to the server?

Solution
Run copy service if it has not
occurred. If this needs to be
restarted for Automatic, contact
BD Technical Support for
assistance.
Reprocess the slides and create a
print set within 10 days.
BD Service Department will need to
turn off Service Mode.
Contact BD Technical Support for
assistance.
Turn on power to all components.
Tighten cable connections.
Return the user name or password
to the user name/password given at
installation.
If the training database is still
installed, contact BD Technical
Support for assistance.
