To display and print usage statistics:
1 Choose Statistics

2 Select the appropriate button for the desired time.
Time period choices are:
Date Range —The default range is for the current date. No action is required to view the
current day's statistics. To specify a different date range, select the Edit button in the
appropriate field (day, month, or year) and use the arrow buttons to select the desired date.
Slide results are not accumulated into the day's statistics until
reports are printed, which then creates the print set.
Month — Displays statistics for the selected month and year. To specify a different date,
select the Edit button in the appropriate field (month or year) and use the arrow buttons to
select the desired date.
Year — Displays accumulated statistics for the current year.
Last 12 Months — Displays accumulated statistics for the previous 12 months.
3 Click Print Preview to display the statistics on the screen. Figure 11-9 shows an example of
usage statistics for the month of August.
There is additional information at the bottom of the preview (including throughput or slides
per day) screen for this report. Use the scroll bar to view this information.
4 To print the report, choose the Print command; to return to the Usage Statistic Reports
window, choose Back.
