Selecting QC Review Report Options

To ensure that the BD FocalPoint™ Slide Profiler and your laboratory process are performing
within the parameters defined in the product labeling (see product insert), a manual QC rescreen
of at least 15% of the slides interpreted as NILM should be performed. Section 19.2, describes
the BD-recommended method for compliance with these requirements.
The QC reports to print are defined at the same time as other reports are defined
(see Section 14.1.2). These QC reports are then printed at the same time as other defined
reports. QC Review reports are available sorted by barcode, rank, and date. Various layouts can
also be selected. See Section 12 for an example of these reports and a complete description of
their contents.
