If all the above listed steps are correctly executed, then all the components of MATRIX CUBE system
operate correctly.
If the actual installation shall be postponed to a later time, disconnect again all the cables from the electrical
panel of the Creel, and restore all the system items inside the relevant packages.
Sign Off Procedure at System Reception
Carry out the numbering of devices (TS55, DIAPER
FEEDER and IS3F/HTP) as shown on Section 2 of
this manual:
Configuration and Numbering of Devices
In POSITIONS NUMBER , type the number
corresponding to the connected Creel items (either
003 or 004)
Perform a communication test as shown on Section
2 on this manual :
Communication Test
Perform the Offset procedure on TS55 and TS44
Sensors, as shown on Section 2 of this manual:
Offset on TS55 and/or DIAPERFEEDER Devices
We remind you that, prior to confirm the
OFFSET, execution, you must remove the
yarn from the loading cell of the relevant
devices.
Load the BTSRTEST default style, as shown on
Section 2 on this manual:
Style Loading
Select the GRAPHICS functions and check that,
when feeding the yarn to the process, or simulating
the yarn feeding, the display shows in real time the
sensor reaction through the relevant histogram, as
indicated on Section 2 of this manual:
