This chapter provides additional information on NovoCyte Quanteon laser and
detection channel configuration.

Laser Configuration

NovoCyte Quanteon standard systems offers four lasers (405 nm, 488 nm, 561
nm, 637 nm) with 561 nm laser for FSC and SSC detection for each instrument to
meet the needs for different applications. Customized optical configuration is
available. Please contact your local Agilent Biosciences representatives or
distributors for more details.
Table 13 lists the typical detectable fluorochromes on NovoCyte Quanteon
standard systems.
