Repeat the same procedure for the FITC, PerCP and APC single-stained samples
and the corresponding spillover matrices are shown in Figure 64, Figure 65, and
Figure 66, respectively.

Apply the Compensation Matrix
To use the compensation coefficient generated by the single-stained samples,
manually input the corresponding coefficient from each single-stained sample into
the spillover matrix of the experimental sample (Figure 67). Check to make sure
the compensation has been applied to the experimental sample and confirm the
correctness of the compensation. This compensation matrix can then be used as
