The sample injection probe may perform multiple aspirations for one sampling. Do
NOTE
not remove or change the test tube until the entire sampling process has
completed.
When Recover Remaining Samples is checked, the remaining unused samples will
Note
be automatically returned to the sample tube. Please refer to
NovoExpress Software Guide
During the acquisition, the Cytometer Control > Active Sample Information panel
will show the progress in real-time, as shown in Figure 48.

Once the stop condition is reached, sample acquisition will automatically stop.
You can also manually stop the sample acquisition by clicking the Stop button in
NOTE
the Cytometer Control > Experiment Control panel, during the sample acquisition
process.
After sample acquisition is completed, the NovoCyte Quanteon flow cytometer
automatically executes the cleaning process for the fluidics system and the
sample injection probe. This helps to reduce cross-contamination between
different samples. When the cleaning process is completed, repeat the above
procedure for sample NBK.
If you want to increase the sampling speed, you can turn off the automatic cleaning
NOTE
procedure after sampling. To do so, uncheck Rinse after Sampling box in the
Cytometer Control panel from the NovoExpress software as shown in Figure 47.
