To view whether Fast Roaming IEEE802.11v is enabled or disabled,
perform the following procedure:
IEEE802.11v
WNM Status
1. Select Settings > VAP / Security from the main menu.
2. Select Radio1 or Radio2 from the sub-menu. The default is Radio1.
3. Select a VAP. The default is VAP0.
4. Select the Fast Roaming tab. See Figure 52 on page 147.
5. View the status of IEEE802.11v.
Note
You cannot enable or disable Fast Roaming on the access point.
Enabling or disabling requires Vista Manager EX and AWC.
The options are:
Enabled: IEEE802.11v Wireless Network Management (WNM) is
enabled.
Disabled: IEEE802.11v Wireless Network Management (WNM) is
disabled.
