2. Hold the sampling cone assembly so that the cone gas nozzle handle is
oriented horizontally and at the top, and then slide the sampling cone
assembly into the ion block assembly.

3. Grasp the handle of the cone gas nozzle, and use the handle to rotate the
sampling cone assembly 90 degrees, moving the handle downward, from
the horizontal to the vertical position.
