3 Changing the Mode of Operation
µSample manager injection valve:
10. Connect the fluid inlet line to port 6 on the injection valve of the
µSample manager.
11. Connect the fluid infusion line to the grounded union connected to the
reference valve on the mass spectrometer, which provides LockSpray
for the onboard IntelliStart fluidics.

Installing ionKey source software

If you are installing an ionKey source on your Xevo TQ-S for the first time, you
must install the appropriate MassLynx software SCN and the ACQUITY
M-Class driver pack. For further details, see the following documents:

Guide for detailed installation procedures, and information on using the
