6.14. UPSTREAM CC CONTROL
The Upstream CC Control menu is used to setup and configure upstream SDI captions.

6.14.1. PVR Data Control
6.14.1.1. Block PVR Data Control
The Block Personal Video Recorder Data feature allows the user to remove PVR data control codes
from CEA-608 caption data. These codes may have been embedded within CC1 captions. The options
include Yes or No. The default setting for this control is No.
6.14.2. CEA-608 Service Control
The Upstream CEA-608 Service Control allows the user to configure which upstream services to pass.
Selectable services include CC1 through CC4, Text1 through Text4, and XDS.
6.14.3. CEA-708 Service Control
The Upstream CEA-708 Service Control allows the user to configure which upstream services to pass.
Selectable services include Svc1 through Svc16.
