Validation and Liability

The information contained in this document neither includes how to design, install, and operate a
complete robotic arm system, nor involves the peripherals that may affect the safety of the complete
system. The system integrators of the robot should understand the safety laws and regulations in their
countries and prevent hazards from occurring in the complete system. This includes but is not limited
to:
 Risk assessment of the entire system
Implementing other machines and additional risk reduction measures based on the results of the

risk assessment
Using appropriate software safety features

 Ensuring Users will not modify any safety measures
 Ensuring all systems are correctly designed and installed
 Clearly labeling user instructions
 Clearly marking the contact information for the integrator
 Making relevant documents accessible, including the risk assessment, and this manual

Intended Use

The TM Palletizing Operator is designed and constructed in accordance with relevant safety standards
so that hazards can be reduced to tolerable levels when it is installed as specified and operated under
normal and intended use. TM Palletizing Operator are intended for use in material palletizing for
payloads (including end-effector and workpiece) up to the specified "Maximum Payload".
Risk assessment should be taken into consideration for any type of use or application. If the system is
not used in its intended application, The Corporation will not be liable for any injury or damage arise.
The Corporation thus clearly specifies that the following uses are not appropriate for the TM Palletizing
Operator. The list is subject to addition without prior notice.
 Use in a potentially hazardous environment
 Use in any applications that may threaten human lives
 Use in any application that may cause personal injuries
 Use before completion of the risk assessment and implementation of risk reduction measures
 Use for life support
