 TMflow: a built-in, PC-based graphical HMI software for users to begin and edit their
robot workflows. For palletizing application, users will import and run the 4 software
components by TM Palletizing Operator Software Package in TMflow to enable
quick-start for their palletizing applications.

Steps to Download TM Palletizing Operator Software Package

The software installation can be performed in the personal computers and save the generated
text file.
Download the TM Palletizing Operator Software Package from Techman Robot official

website.
Unzip the downloaded file.

Locate TM_Export via TM Palletizing Operator Software Package > TM Palletizing

Operator Software Packages V1.1.
Save TM_Export file into a USB drive.
4.
The USB drive must be labelled TMROBOT for the robot system to detect the device.

The file location TM_Export\TMPLTZOP\TextFiles will be used to store palletizing

layout text file generated in TMstudio.

Set Teach Pendant and TCP Settings in TMflow

TMflow Using

In TMflow, click ≡ to expand the function menu, click Login and input the credential. The default
ID and PW are administrator and blank respectively. Then click Get Control.

Set Teach Pendant in TMflow

The following provides steps to set up the teach pendant in TMflow. Please check the control
box is in the version of HW3.2 to ensure compatibility.
