Batterie ersetzen
Hinter der Serviceabdeckung [2] befindet sich eine Lithi-
um-Knopfzelle [6] (3 V, CR2032) zur Pufferung der inter-
nen Uhr bei Stromausfall.
Im normalen Betrieb der Rufanlage, d.h. der IP-System-
Manager wird mit Strom versorgt, sollte die Batterie alle 2 Jah-
re ersetzt werden. Wenn der IP-SystemManager nicht mit
Strom versorgt wird, z.B. bei Lagerung des Geräts, kann we-
gen der Beanspruchung der Batterie ein früherer Ersatz erfor-
derlich sein.

Verhalten der Rufanlage bei leerer Batterie
Eine leere Batterie führt zu folgender Situation: Nach einem
Ausfall der Versorgungsspannung am IP-SystemManager
startet die interne Uhr neu bei 00:00 Uhr. An den Anzeigege-
räten der Rufanlage (ComStation, Flurdisplay, ComTerminals,
ZimmerTerminals) wird eine falsche Uhrzeit angezeigt. Die
Uhrzeit ist wieder korrekt, wenn ein angeschlossener Time-
Server die Uhrzeit sendet. Wenn kein TimeServer ange-
schlossen ist, muss die Uhrzeit manuell über den
SystemOrganizer neu eingestellt werden.
Batterie entsorgen
Die Altbatterie muss an einer Sammelstelle für Altbatterien
oder an Tunstall zurückgegeben werden.

Replace battery
Behind the service cover [2] there is a lithium button cell
[6] (3 V, CR2032) to buffer the internal clock in case of
power failure.
In normal operation of the nurse call system, i.e. the IP-
SystemManager is supplied with power, the battery should be
replaced every 2 years. If the IP-SystemManager is not sup-
plied with power, e.g. when the device is stored, an earlier re-
placement may be necessary due to the battery consumption.
Replacement battery: High-quality Li battery, 3 V, CR2032
Behaviour of the system when the battery is empty
An empty battery leads to the following situation: After a failure
of the supply voltage of the IP-SystemManager, the internal
clock restarts at 00:00. An incorrect time is displayed on the
display devices of the nurse call system (ComStation, corridor
display, ComTerminals, RoomTerminals). The time is correct
again when a connected TimeServer sends the time. If no
TimeServer is connected, the time must be reset manually via
the SystemOrganizer.
Battery disposal
The used battery must be returned to a collection point for
used batteries or to Tunstall.
