2.2.6.12 SDL/DVI-D interface

The following shows an overview of the video signals possible on the SDL/DVI-
D output.

Information:
Hot plugging display devices on the SDL/DVI-D interface for service purposes is supported by the
hardware and graphic drivers of approved operating systems. The monitor/panel connector is specified
for 100 mating cycles.
Information:
If a display device with touch screen is connected to the SDL/DVI-D interface and then disconnected
again during operation (hot plugging), it may be necessary to recalibrate the touch screen.
2.2.6.12.1 USB transfer in SDL and DVI operation
Information:
In SDL operation, the USB transfer rate is limited to USB 1.1.
In DVI operation, the maximum USB transfer rate depends on the USB interface and USB hub of the
industrial PC.
